David Collins

A highly experienced and motivated Captain, Dave has over 20 years of expertise in yachting, yacht operations, and maritime shore and offshore-based businesses. With more than 100,000 miles sailed since childhood, Dave possesses extensive knowledge of diverse yachts worldwide, from small sailboats to large motor vessels. As a seasoned Captain, he has skillfully managed boats over 50m, completing successful Trans-Atlantic, Pacific Ocean, and Indian Ocean crossings, as well as a trip to Antarctica. Proficient in large yacht racing, he has led charter programs and private cruises in remote locations, providing comprehensive crew training throughout their career. Dave is dedicated and loyal, with a strong sense of integrity, always adhering to high standards of quality and precision. A disciplined and strategic planner, excellent problem-solving skills, and a positive can-do attitude, makes him confident in their ability to lead any yacht team. Yachting is Dave’s life passion, and he enjoys helping new crew members on their journey in a professional and healthy environment. His hobbies include kiteboarding, scuba diving, snowboarding, cycling, gym workouts, and sailing, reflecting a diverse blend of thrilling outdoor pursuits and technical skills that keep them energized, engaged, and constantly seeking new experiences.

Jorge Luis Rojas Silveira

Jorge is a career chef with over 20 years of experience in restaurants around the world, including a Michelin-starred establishment. In 2020, he transitioned to yacht-based work, accumulating experience through Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons, as well as in the US, Canada, and Greenland. With 21 months on board various motor and sail vessels, both private and charter, Jorge brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the table. He has also worked for one of Australia’s wealthiest families, confident in delivering the same high standard of cuisine to his current position. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, Jorge loves to travel and source ingredients in his free time.
